Tebatso has a Human Resource Management qualification from Roseville Technical College. He is from a village called Phokwane in Limpopo Province. His intention is to bring more skills and information to the table to bring about positive change while at the same time learning more from the Soul City family by engaging with the team. He believes that this will work to his advantage when it comes to the task he is now undertaking.
Being an HR professional has been a longstanding dream of his, and this chance will allow him to hone and advance his abilities to eventually become a part of management in the Human Resources department . The reason he wanted to work at Soul City Institute was that its work ethic, professionalism, and undying need to educate and eradicate social ills spoke to him. Examples include SCI’s commitment to protecting women and children, which is one of the reasons he chose to work for Soul City in the first place.
Mashifane feels himself to be an HR practitioner in his own right. Why? "Because it is something I thoroughly like doing and I am passionate about it," said Mashifane. Continuing with my academic career path to acquire a degree and an honours degree would be necessary for me to make a meaningful contribution to this company or another, "concluded Mashifane.
