The following services will be available for the community to access:
- SASSA – Who will provide you with information and assistance with the application of grants, pensions etc
- Department of Home Affairs – Who will assist with applications of identity documents, birth certificates, passports etc.
- SAPS – Who will assist with the provision of affidavits, certifying of documents etc.
- Dental health services offered by Vryburg hospital
The first 250 people to arrive will have their ID photos taken for free.

- Wellness programme run by ITECH, Life Line and Empowerment Concepts,
- Motsweding FM will broadcast live on the 6th September 2013
- Entertainment by local traditional groups
- Exhibitions by the Soul City Institute, Love Life and FAMSA
