Dr Tlaleng Mofokeng

Dr Tlaleng is a General practitioner and an expert in Sexual and Reproductive health and rights. (SRHR.

Areas of interest are Public Health Policy, Advocacy, Global Health Politics and health content production. She sits on a Global Advisory Board for Sexual Health and Wellbeing (GAB-SHW), Sex Worker Education and Advocacy Taskforce (SWEAT).

Tlaleng was appointed as the Special Rapporteur on Right to Health to the United Nation.

Tlaleng is published in the Sunday Times, The Guardian, Project Syndicate and is a key opinion leader in South Africa and the region with a formidable global footprint. Tlaleng has presented a keynote address to 350 delegates during Capitol Hill days in 2018 in Washington D.C on the global health policy, Global Gag Rule and was panelist at a webinar at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2017. She is a visionary and inspiring leader.
